Identifying my own strengths and values I found particularly useful, which I was really struggling to do after losing my confidence a lot in my previous job. I had numerous interviews with my now employer whilst working with Carys, and her support as a HR professional around this, including identifying my strengths, key things to discuss and also asking questions back to the company, was so helpful. The confidence she helped me build that I actually did know what I was talking about (!) was invaluable to me and I honestly don't think I'd have got the job otherwise.
